Shipping policy

We deliver in Los Angeles from 9 AM to 8 PM daily. Orders placed before 2 PM can be shipped the same day. Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping address at checkout.


Delivery is free up to 3 miles.

Delivery for distance from 3 to 7 miles is $9.95.

Delivery for distance from 7 to 15 miles is $1.25 per mile.

Delivery for distance from 15 to 25 miles is $1.5 per mile.

Delivery for distance from 25 and more miles is $2 per mile.

 

REQUESTS FOR SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIMES:

Because of multiple variables, including the traffic in Los Angeles, we are unable to guarantee deliveries at a specific time. However, you can request a delivery time frame by filling in the special instruction box when completing your order, and we will do our best to deliver within your preferred time frame.

 

IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT AT HOME

In the case that the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, we will contact you by phone, unless you have provided us with special instructions on the order form. We can leave the flowers in a safe place like a porch or neighbor's, or we can leave a message to call to arrange a next day delivery.

 

RECIPIENT CAN BE CONTACTED:

We may need to contact the recipient to make sure someone will be home to take delivery or confirm the address, unless you tell us not to contact them in the instructions box when placing your order.

All cancellation requests must be sent to (424) 421 0200 at least 24 hours before the day of delivery
