Is this estimate a quote?
No — it’s a planning range built from our real starting prices. Your proposal itemizes every piece for your date, venue and palette, and that’s the number you sign.
Is there a minimum?
Not for à la carte pieces — one centerpiece is a fine order. Event builds with our crew on site start where the tiers above start.
How far ahead should I book?
À la carte pieces need 72 hours. Events with setup: two to four weeks. Weddings and large activations: three to twelve months for peak dates; we’ll tell you honestly if a date is tight.
Do you deliver outside West Hollywood?
Across Los Angeles — Beverly Hills to Pasadena, Santa Monica to Burbank. Delivery starts at $65 and is quoted by venue and setup time.
What does the deposit cover?
50% holds the date and covers flowers we commit to for you. Balance is due seven days before. More than seven days out, reschedule free.
Can you match our brand?
Yes — palette from a hex code, branded carriers, tins, decals and signage. Send the brand book with your brief.
Do we keep the vases?
Table vessels are yours. Arches, stands and carts come back with us.
Can guests take flowers home?
That’s the point of a flower bar or Garden Party — every guest leaves with an arrangement they made or chose.
