A Bloom Boom Garden Party is a private, hands-on flower-arranging workshop hosted wherever you're celebrating — your backyard, your dining table, a rooftop, an office. We arrive with buckets of fresh, seasonal blooms, keepsake vases, clippers, and tools, and set a styled flower bar that doubles as your party's centerpiece.
Then our instructor walks everyone through it, stem by stem. No experience needed — just people you love and a table to gather around. About ninety minutes later, each guest heads home with an arrangement they made themselves.
The Format

From first email to final stem, we handle the logistics so you can be a guest at your own party.
We Bring the Bloom Bar
Buckets of fresh, seasonal flowers in a palette matched to your party — plus compote vases, clippers, and chicken wire for every guest.
We Style Your Space
Our team arrives early and sets a tiered flower bar that looks as good in photos as it does in person. All we need is a table to teach from.
We Guide Every Stem
A Bloom Boom instructor leads the group step by step — headset mic for bigger parties — so every skill level ends up with something they're proud of.
Guests Take It All Home
Every arrangement leaves with its maker, vase and all. The ultimate party favor — and the one thing nobody forgets on the counter.

Guided, Not Graded
Think of it less like a class and more like the best hour and a half of the party. Our instructor demonstrates each step — building the base, layering focal flowers, finding the wild edges — then moves table to table, coaxing every arrangement toward its best self.

Choosing Your Stems
Regular Blooms
Stock, spray roses, delphinium, carnations, mums, chamomile, and seasonal fillers.
Premium Blooms
Ranunculus, peonies, reflexed roses, dahlias, anthurium, and garden roses.
Mixed Arrangements
A curated blend of both — often two-thirds regular and one-third premium.
Filler greens included as needed to create shape and fullness.

Before You Book
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability. Need something sooner? We do accept last-minute bookings for an additional rush fee.
Yes — share your address and we'll provide a quote. Delivery typically ranges from $60 to $120, depending on location.
Setup typically takes 30–45 minutes, with teardown requiring about the same. We handle both, so your party never sees the logistics.
Yes — every Garden Party includes an on-site Bloom Boom florist, with you for up to 2 hours to guide the group, style, and keep everything running beautifully. Want a florist for a longer window? We're happy to quote additional hours.
Absolutely — we encourage it. Branded ribbon, vessels, or signage all fold beautifully into the setup.
A 50% deposit reserves your date, with the balance due 7 days before your event. Need to change plans? More than 7 days out, reschedule for free or cancel for a full refund of your deposit. Inside 7 days your flowers are already ordered, so payments can't be refunded — but we'll gladly apply them as credit toward a new date.
