Order by 4pm Monday through Saturday and it goes out the same day. Forty-three percent of what we send here is same-day, which is roughly what living a mile from your florist looks like. We are closed Sunday, so a Sunday order rides on Monday's run. Megan and the team build every arrangement at the studio and one of us drives it over. There is no relay desk in the middle, so if the doorman is at lunch or the recipient has moved the meeting, the person standing at the door can call us and we can sort it out while the flowers are still in hand.

The places we know

We deliver to Cedars-Sinai on Beverly Blvd, where the front desk takes flowers for patient rooms and walks them up. We deliver to the hotels along the Strip, where a concierge signs for a guest arrangement and tags it with a room number. Three businesses show up on this route's ledger by name: the LoveShackFancy boutique, the Artem studio, and The London Hotel. The rest of a normal week is showroom deliveries in the Design District, restaurant host stands off Melrose, and homes on the residential blocks between Doheny and Crescent Heights. When an address is a mile away, we can be back with a replacement the same afternoon if something is not right.
