A Garden of New Beginnings
For this mom-to-be's "Enchanted Garden" baby shower, we transformed a Pacific Palisades backyard into a whimsical floral wonderland. The celebration welcomed 60 guests into a space dripping with pastel blooms, hanging installations, and charming botanical details.
The centerpiece was a 6-foot floral chandelier suspended above the main dining table, crafted from a vintage wagon wheel wrapped in smilax vine and bursting with sweet peas, lisianthus, stock, and spray roses in soft lavender, butter yellow, and blush pink.
Every Detail in Bloom
Dining tables featured mismatched vintage vases overflowing with wildflower-style arrangements — deliberately loose and garden-gathered in feel. The dessert table was framed by a living flower wall of carnations in an ombré gradient from white to dusty rose.
Each guest took home a hand-tied bud vase with a single garden rose and sprig of eucalyptus — a blooming reminder of the beautiful day and the little one soon to arrive.
